As a completely referral-based company with a goal to expand into new market sectors, Pearl Solutions needed its first brand identity to connect to its audience, grow the business, and inspire meaningful change.

To tell its story and establish trust, we leveraged the founder’s roots in hospitality, the company’s reputation for success, and its strong values of partnership, social consciousness, and commitment to quality. Through a series of conversations and exercises, we helped Pearl Solutions clarify its vision, mission, values, positioning, promise, and behavior—synthesizing it all into a unified brand strategy.
The new brand identity contains a hand-drawn icon, elegant typography, and a warm, rich color palette, all reflecting wisdom, approachability, and sophistication. The use of abstract ocean imagery represents calm and openness and alludes to the deep impact Pearl Solutions' clients can make when they reach their funding goals.
